Ken Mary is an American drummer, producer, and audio engineer best known for his work with the progressive power metal band Fifth Angel, with whom he recorded the acclaimed albums Fifth Angel (1986) and Time Will Tell (1989) on Epic Records. He was an early member of Alice in Chains during the band’s formative period in Seattle, and later joined thrash metal veterans Flotsam and Jetsam for their album Drift (1995). Mary has also performed with House of Lords, Impellitteri, and Alice Cooper, showcasing his versatility across multiple subgenres of hard rock and heavy metal. A skilled audio engineer and producer, he founded Quantum Sound Studios and has worked extensively in pro audio and music production technology. He reunited with Fifth Angel for their long-awaited comeback album The Third Secret (2018) and continues to perform and produce.
