Tim “Ripper” Owens is an American singer known for his work with heavy metal bands Judas Priest and Iced Earth. He gained fame as the replacement for Rob Halford in Judas Priest, bringing his powerful voice and dynamic range to the band. Owens has since pursued a solo career and collaborated with various metal projects.
