FIREROCK MUSIC GROUP DROPS THE 1ST METAL CHRISTMAS TRACK WITH GUITARIST CHRIS POLAND, PAT GESUALDO, AND “METAL” MIKE CHLASCIAK

FireRock Music Group has just released “The 1st Metal Christmas.” The 2024 version of the Annual project features a “real” metal rendition of the Christmas favorite “Carol of the Bells.” The track features Chris Poland (Megadeth), Metal Mike Chlasciak (Halford), and Studio/Touring Drummer Pat Gesualdo.
The project calls for releasing a heavy metal cover version of an iconic Christmas song every year, and will include numerous musicians from the Metal Hall of Fame All Star band.
“This is an exciting time for our record label, especially with the release of the new 1st Metal Christmas project,” says Tom Collier, President of FireRock Music Group. “The numerous musicians that make up the Metal Hall of Fame All-Stars are some of the best on the planet, and we are looking forward to having a great working relationship with them!!”
About the Metal Hall of Fame
The Metal Hall of Fame is a non profit organization dedicated to forever enshrining the iconic musicians and music industry executives responsible for making Hard Rock and Heavy Metal music what it is today.
The Annual Metal Hall of Fame Celebrity Gala is held every January. As the “Most important night in Hard Rock and Heavy Metal,” the event includes Inductions and performances with iconic Hard Rock and Heavy Metal bands. All proceeds from the charity event brings free music programs to help special needs children.
The “Carol of The Bells” track is on the Metal Hall of Fame All-Stars CD, featuring Rudy Sarzo (Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne), Bruce Kulick (KISS), Tim “Ripper” Owens (KK’S Priest), Bob Daisley (Ozzy Osbourne, Rainbow), guitarist Chris Impellitteri, Tony MacAlpine (G3 Tour), Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob), Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater). An All Star jam featuring Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Geoff Tate, Chris Poland, Pat Gesualdo and Bjorn Englen is also included on the CD. Sales from the proceeds go to bringing free music programs to help special needs children.
